how we work

However our clients need us to.

We don’t follow a single, fixed way of working — because our clients don’t work that way either.

Each of us is an independent Travel Expert, running our own business and managing our own clients. That independence matters. It means we’re personally invested in every relationship, accountable for the service we deliver, and motivated to work flexibly — as and when our clients need us to.

Rather than being tied to rigid structures, helpdesk or call-centre models, we’re able to offer a genuinely bespoke service. We adapt to different ways of working, different levels of involvement, and different pressures — whether that’s a fast-moving tour, a long-running production, or ongoing travel support behind the scenes.

While we work independently, we’re not working alone.

We’re part of the wider Travel Counsellors network, which gives us access to robust technology, experienced account and operations support, financial protection, reporting, and management data. This infrastructure allows us to focus on what matters most — our clients — while knowing the practical and operational side is fully supported.

Within that, music, entertainment, and production travel is a small but growing community. We collaborate closely, share knowledge, support one another, and step in when needed. We’re not competing internally — we’re working collectively, because one person’s success strengthens the whole network and ultimately delivers better outcomes for our clients.

For many of our clients — particularly larger or more complex accounts — we take a genuinely collaborative approach. This may involve more than one of us working on the same account, sharing responsibility across workloads, time zones, or areas of expertise. It allows us to scale support when needed, maintain continuity, and ensure nothing is missed, while still keeping the personal relationship and accountability that comes from working with an independent specialist.

That sense of community is deliberate. We share experience, contacts, and problem-solving — especially when situations are time-critical or complex. It means our clients benefit not just from one specialist, but from the collective experience of the team behind them.

Independent businesses, working together to support our clients properly.
