As a 15-year veteran tour manager in an ever-evolving music industry, full of very particular travellers, I am always in the search for travel agents who are efficient, detail oriented, responsive, and able to predict my needs better than I can. Mat Doherty is all those things and more! We have worked together for over a decade now on flights and hotels across various projects within the EU and UK territories and I can always count on him to be there when last minutes need arise - which they do constantly in my line of work. His general knowledge of the airline and travel industry, stress-free demeanour, and ability to find savings in places you didn't know you could save, really sums up my experience working with Mat. I have worked with Mat for over 8 years and due to his expertise and attention to detail , there's no one else I'd trust to look after the travel for the artists and crew I work with (Jacob Collier, Sigrid, Aurora, Future Islands). His understanding of working to budgets and still delivering the best products available is unmatched.

I worked with Jeni and Kristian on a particularly complicated bus tour, with a very restrictive budget and a long list of requirements from the artist.
They handled everything from sourcing the right accommodation, arranging early check-ins and late check-outs, and making sure hotels were paid in advance with keys ready on arrival. Despite the challenges, everything ran smoothly and there were no issues checking in at any point.
They were patient, organised, and completely on top of the detail. Handing over that level of trust wasn’t easy, but it genuinely took a huge amount of stress away from the team — and I’m really glad we did.
